4.3 Refunds

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course
• 50% refund if requested within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 50% of the course
• No refund after 14 days of purchase or if you have completed more than 50% of the course

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, and resources provided through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the property of walentira or our content suppliers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Services for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include:

• Using the materials for any commercial purpose

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you have paid to walentira for the Services in the past twelve (12) months.
